Virtue Integrated Sdn Bhd company registered no 583397-X ("VISB") recognises the importance to respect and protect your Personal Data (hereinafter defined) supplied to us. This Privacy Notice ("Notice") outlines how VISB collects and handles your Personal Data in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").

For the purpose of this Notice, the term "we" or "our" or "us" refers to VISB , the data user, and its expression shall include its subsidiaries. The term "you" or "your" refers to the data subject. By continuing to access and/or use this website(s), you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice statement or subsequent amendment thereto in respect of VISB collections, use, process and disclosure of your personal information.

We are committed to protecting the privacy your personal information and in compliance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) Personal Data means information about you which you have provided to or obtained by VISB including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, national registration identity card (NRIC) or passport number, photograph, email address, fingerprint, financial details, bank account and other pertinent banking information, tax file, EPF number, SOCSO number, particulars of your spouse or family members and any information which may identify you, your spouse or family members that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by VISB from time to time.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTION PERSONAL DATA
Your Personal Data (in whatever form) may be collected, stored, used and processed by us (whether directly or indirectly) for, inter alia, the following purposes:

• Necessitate the performance of any agreement or contractual obligations;

• Insurance purposes;

VISB has the right to refuse your requests to access and/or make any correction to your Personal Data that are unreasonably repetitive or impractical, or would jeopardize the privacy of others, or the expense of providing access to you is disproportionate to the risks to your privacy. Notwithstanding your withdrawal of consent, we may keep your Personal Data and process your Personal Data in circumstances which are recognized and permitted by law.
